How Token101 handles refunds, credit clawback, and disputes
2026/07/07
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on token.ppthub.shop and our API services. It reflects how our billing system actually behaves — it is written to match the running code, not to promise more than we deliver.
Token101 sells prepaid credits used to pay for API usage. Credits are consumed as you make requests. Because a credit is a stored value you spend at your own pace, unused credits are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly granted by us.
If we (or your card issuer) issue a refund for a payment, our system automatically claws back the credits that the payment granted, in proportion to the amount refunded:
Only the credits granted by the refunded payment are affected; credits from other purchases are not touched.
If a clawback would take your credit balance below zero (for example, because you already spent some of the refunded credits), your API access is temporarily suspended until the balance is restored — by a new top-up or by us. This prevents a refunded balance from being spent twice. Normal access resumes as soon as the balance is non-negative.
If you open a card chargeback or an Alipay dispute, the same clawback applies when the dispute is resolved in the payer's favor. We retain delivery and usage records to respond to disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — a direct refund is usually faster than a chargeback.
Email our support team from the address on your account with your account email and the payment reference. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this policy to keep it aligned with how the system works. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
